客戶是一家跨國的醫療器材製造商，五年前跨足醫療軟體產業，收購了專門製造醫護人員管理系統的軟體公司，卻遲遲未見投資有所回收。你要如何幫助客戶找尋營收成長機會？

客戶是市場上前五大的壽險公司之一，過去五年市場成長動能強勁，客戶的市場佔有率卻由15%連年下滑至10%。你要如何協助這家公司找出衰退原因，擬定成長計畫？

Case interview（案例面試）是進入策略顧問公司必經的關卡，主要目的是測試應試者的邏輯思考能力與溝通技巧，並讓應試者了解策略顧問公司平時如何為企業解決各種課題。在這次的工作坊中，BCG團隊將深入介紹策略顧問產業，並親自傳授案例面試的實戰技巧。
